What do company searches contain?
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) maintains a database that includes every company registered in Australia.
An ASIC company search provides detailed information about Australian companies:
share structure;
directors;
shareholders (members) - Pty Ltd's only as ASIC no longer distributes this data for public companies ;
